Becoming a mom is one of the most beautiful things in the world, but once you’re thrown into the whole world of chaotic schedules, sleep deprivation and broken plans, it can sometimes seem like you lose a bit of yourself. That’s understandable and is unfortunately just a part of becoming a mother. If you’re not aware of who you are the things that you like to do, it can be very easy to get caught up in the day to day of it all, and before you know it, you’re sitting to yourself wondering where the time has gone and when did you lose yourself.
Of course, this isn’t the case with everyone. Every mother’s situation, schedule and overall life differs from another. I was one of those moms who forgot about herself and I’ve had to do some soul searching and reality check myself. You’ re not neglecting your children by taking care of yourself. Although you’re their mom and you must care for them, PLEASE DON’T FORGET ABOUT YOU!! So, from here on out, make it a MUST that you take care of YOU; you deserve it!
